Our Dog Toy Tester
Meet Bud “Buddy” Fox, Chief Dog Toy Tester and resident family pet. Buddy is a 90-pound, 1-year old Rottweiler who has been a part of our family for nine joyous (usually) months. The product of careful breeding, Buddy has the unique talent of reducing hundreds of dollars of dog toys and other paraphernalia to tiny bits. His hobbies include eating rocks, sticks, reasonably large chunks of concrete, and yes, paint chips. Buddy enjoys rides in the truck, dog parks, paper towels, t-shirts, and dish rags.
Buddy is a very disciplined member of the dog toy testing community. He believes that diet and exercise are very important to the quality of his research. He adheres to a carefully crafted diet of Science Diet Lamb Meal, pumpkin, all-natural Buddy Biscuits, and various performance-enhancing supplements. Buddy maintains a rigorous testing schedule that includes 4-6 hours of testing various toys with frequent naps to restore his energy. He keeps his teeth clean by brushing once a month and chewing on dental friendly dog toys.
